our God-daughter is such a gifted girl, especially in dance. she's beautiful, she's talented, yet still grounded and humble. wise beyond her years, earth-conscious, and smart. too many qualities to list. photographing her was such a delight. because of her artistry and elegance, she shined in front of the camera and we just couldn't stop shooting.

alyssa & justin | barrio logan & mission trails engagement
started off the new year right with this awesome couple. as soon as we took our first snap, alyssa & justin just made the shoot theirs. sure we directed them but they were just so fun and natural interacting with each other we couldn't help but capture so many awesome moments. we started off in barrio logan for their "urban/casual" look then headed off with some bubbly to mission trails for a "nature/formal" look.

daniel & vanessa | darlington house wedding
our last wedding of the year and it went out with a definite bang! daniel, sonia's brother, was marrying beautiful vanessa and they made a huge party out of it. from the awesome donut cake, the mariachi band, to the paletero cart! so dope. all the guests and, especially the couple danced 'til it was time to close up shop. to top it all off, daniel, took our camera, told us how to pose, took some pics of us and commanded us to post it. so to end our 2013 wedding season, we posted it... cheers!
