when we first arrived to their complex in los angeles, we noticed as cat and raine got ready in separate condos, that they seemed relatively relaxed. their rooms were calm and they stayed cool. it was nice hanging out with them, their friends, family (including their two awesome cats and dog). but later when they connected during their first look, you could literally see and feel they were complete. bellz & whistlez, as always, put together an amazing celebration making the smogshoppe look way more gorgeous than it already is, too many details to even capture in 4.5 minutes, as well as making sure all vendors were in sync and on point! and enough cannot be said working with chaz cruz once again to set up some amazing shots for the couple and who also put us on to the dope song used in the video. cat and raine, or #craine's wedding displayed such taste, style, uniqueness all around. what was most important though, as their dessert bar was appropriately titled, "all you need is love."
this trailer (last wedding video of the year for us) is a special dedication to scully, cat & raine's adorable orange cat seen in this video.
we were introduced to chris & swa by our good friends and frequent subjects, monica and visi. right off the bat we loved the type of couple they were: energetic, loving and well-travelled. they described their wedding as modern-vintage and we felt that it was perfect for our shooting style. the way it all came together definitely did not disappoint. everything turned out better than we imagined and the fairly new garty pavilion, was such a unique venue to shoot at. not to mention the sd weather definitely showed up.on top of all this we were excited to work with omnistories, the cinematography team who (before they were omnistories) captured our own wedding and created our montage. all that said, there was no doubt that their wedding would be perfect and these stunning images would turn out.
